COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE INSTITUTE (CIREI)
Through its pre-eminent education program, the Commercial Investment Real Estate
Institute (CIREI) confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation
(CCIM) designation. CCIM designees are recognized experts in commercial real estate
brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis, forming
a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America. CIREI membership,
which upholds the highest professional and ethical standards, consists of 6,000

THE COUNSELORS OF REAL ESTATE (CRE)
The Counselors of Real Estate, established in 1953, is an international group of
high profile professionals including members of prominent real estate, financial,

expert, objective advice on complex real property situations and land-related matters.
Membership is selective, extended by invitation only. The organization’s CRE Designation
is awarded to all members in recognition of superior problem-solving ability in

REALTORS® LAND INSTITUTE (RLI)
RLI was established in 1944 as a trade association for REALTORS® who specialize
in the broker age of land and currently serves over 1600 members in the United States,
Canada and Mexico. There are five land categories in which RLI members specialize:
1) Brokerage of farms and ranches; 2) Brokerage of undeveloped tracts of land; 3)
Brokerage of transitional and development; 4) Subdividing land and wholesale brokerage

INSTITUTE OF REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT (IREM)
Since its founding in 1934, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been
dedicated to education for the real estate management industry. Today, “The Right
Education” offers professionals at every level training in topics ranging from maintenance
and leasing to financial analysis and business development. IREM awards the Certified
Property Manager (CPM) designation to property and asset managers who have met its
